Janet Robbins

For over ten years, I have been a programmer at KWMR Community Radio (www.kwmr.org), bringing readings and classical music to the station’s listening audience. You can find many of these readings, along with my other voiceover work, on my website:  www.janetrobbinsaudio.com.

As soon as I saw Mo’s drawings of women composers, I knew immediately that I wanted to create audio vignettes to accompany them. Drawing on my background in music and audio, I went to work, producing five-minute soundscapes that offer highlights of each composer’s life, and brief samples of their work.
